Recent studies found that fish oil consumption during the 12 weeks to make teens high beriko experiencing mental illness are less likely to go crazy. Fish oils can be effective if taken for one year.

Previous studies have shown that omega-3 fatty acids can alleviate clinical depression and other psychiatric disorders. However, it remains unclear whether fish oils could help people who already suffer from psychiatric disorders.

Despite showing symptoms of anxiety, all participants in the study Amminger no one has really suffered from schizophrenia.
