The immune system is the body's natural defense system, consisting of a series of complex which consists of cells, tissues, and organs are fused with one another to drive a foreign substance (bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi) that enter the body.

Some simple things can be done to increase endurance, among others:

2. Enough sleep. Lack of sleep can be bad for endurance.
3. Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs.
4. Avoid contact with smoker (to be passive smokers).
5. Consume at least 2 liters of water every day.

7. Washing hands using soap and clean running water.
8. Gets enough sun light and fresh air is clean.
9. Exercise regularly.
10. Control emotions and stress.
