Snoring Really Cause Headaches?
A study conducted in the United States showed a link between snoring during sleep and headaches. The researchers have not ascertain whether headache causes snoring or sleep to headaches arise from a snoring sleep.

Scientists at the National Institute, U.S., examined as many as 206 people aged 18-65 years who suffer from daily headaches (the attack happened about 260 times per year). Then the scientists make a comparison with the 507 people who suffer from regular headaches (2-104 times the attack occurred per year). Respondents who participated in the study were also asked to explain how often they sleep snoring.

The scientists concluded that patients with daily headaches have a snoring risk two times greater than the usual headache sufferers. They also state that can trigger headaches or vice versa snoring snoring can also cause headaches.

Meanwhile, other researchers from the Institute of Neurology, London, stating that people who snore means restrain carbon dioxide? In the lungs, which causes changes in blood flow resulting in headaches. To overcome this, the patient is advised to undergo further treatment.

Quite a lot of research has been done about the causes of snoring sleep. Some studies have focused on the possibility of snoring from drinking alcohol and excessive weight.
