According to data from world health organization (WHO), currently the world's people with asthma reach about 100-150 million people. The amount is expected to continue to grow around 180 thousand people per year.
Most asthma suffered by children. The condition is potentially a major health problem in the future due to asthma can cause children to lose his schooling. It is known that 16% of asthma occur in children in Asia, 34% in Europe, and 40% in the United States.

Asthma is a chronic disease with one patient in the world. In Indonesia, although no exact numbers, an estimated 10% of the population suffer from asthma. Asthma itself is airway inflammatory disorder characterized by airway constriction. Complaint may be shortness of breath, wheezing, and coughing. Complaints often arise in the morning before dawn.
